Jen Ryan has served at the highest levels of state and federal government, including as deputy chief of staff for communications for Gov. Nathan Deal. She also worked as communications director for his successful reelection campaign and previously held the same role in the U.S. House of Representatives for a member of the Georgia delegation. Following the end of the Deal administration, she became the Vice Chancellor of Communications for the University System of Georgia, overseeing messaging efforts for Georgia’s 26 public universities and colleges.
After her departure from the state government, she founded Final Draft Communications, a full-service public relations firm specializing in strategic communications, media affairs and crisis management. In this role, she's worked with political candidates, elected officials and private sector clients to develop effective communications strategies with maximum impact.
